JOB TITLE: Senior Digital & Performance Marketing Manager - B2B MarketingLOCATION(S): Bristol, Chester or EdinburghHOURS: Full timeWORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days per week) in one of our office hubs mentioned aboveAbout this opportunity Join Lloyds Banking Group's B2B Marketing team and play a pivotal role in accelerating our digital marketing capabilities across two key business units: Business & Commercial Banking (BCB) and Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB).As our Senior Digital & Performance Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge in shaping and delivering a best-in-class digital marketing strategy that drives commercial growth, enhances customer engagement, and positions Lloyds as a leader in the B2B financial services space.You will be part of the wider B2B marketing team and will be a team player. As a natural communicator, building effective links with business counterparts and agency partners alike will be a key part of your role to influence, inspire and win support at all levels. B2B digital marketing experience is essential, but so too is attitude. We value individuals who bring ideas, energy and a 'can do' approach to overcome hurdles and drive projects through to timely completion, with an eye for detail and an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.You'll be responsible for:Own and lead the digital marketing strategy for the B2B Marketing team.Develop and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes (1:1 and 1:few).Build and lead the B2B social media and digital strategy and social media team.Advance Martech capabilities collaborating closely with business units.Define and track KPIs, ensuring data-led optimisation and clear ROI.Drive the marketing data strategy, unlocking insights and enabling smarter targeting and reporting.Foster a high-performing team culture, ensuring the right people are solving the right problems.Champion innovation, pushing boundaries across digital channels and campaign execution.Build strong relationships with internal business stakeholders and external agencies.Staying ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing competitive and future ready.What you'll needExtensive experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within Financial Services.Proven success in performance marketing and ABM programme development.Deep understanding of digital channels, Martech, CRM, AI, and analytics platforms.Proven track record with developing ABM programmesStrong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.Experience working in matrixed organisations and influencing at all levels.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Commercial acumen and a passion for driving business impact through marketing.About working for usOur ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities, and we're committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop.We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative.We offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns.
