OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will oversee all digital marketing initiatives and focus on developing, executing and optimising digital campaigns for both Morro Partnerships and Motion Homes.This role will be based in our Cannock office, with travel to sites across the West and East Midlands required.Morro Partnerships is a leading partnerships developer driving affordable housing and regeneration across the East and West Midlands. We are the largest privately-owned affordable housing provider in the Midlands, with over 3,000 plots in our current pipeline. In Summer 2025, we launched Motion Homes, our open market housing brand, and opened The Innovation Hub, a timber-frame factory driving sustainable design and innovation across our developments. We are Investors in People Gold accredited, reflecting our commitment to investing in our team. Responsibilities
Social Media Management: manage and grow social media accounts for Morro Partnerships and Motion Homes through organic and paid advertising (LinkedIn, Meta); plan, create and publish engaging content; design graphics and video; manage paid social campaigns from setup to reporting; plan and execute paid strategy for Motion Homes; use HubSpot to manage campaigns, automation, re-targeting and reporting; communicate regularly with clients, partners and suppliers via email implementation. Website & SEO: plan, execute and optimise Morro Partnerships and Motion Homes websites through SEO content writing and keyword research; manage and update website content to be engaging and on-brand; use WordPress to design and update site; use Google Analytics to track performance and analyse data. Design Support: produce high-quality marketing materials and other creative assets as required.
Experience required
Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role. Strong understanding of WordPress, SEO, social media marketing and email marketing. Experience using marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms (Meta). Canva knowledge (desirable but not essential). HubSpot knowledge (desirable but not essential). Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
