Location: Hybrid (typically 2 days per week in Watford)

As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of performance-focused digital always-on activity across paid and organic channels. This is a delivery-first, detail-driven newly created role in a fast-paced, always-learning environment – perfect for someone looking to accelerate their skills while already bringing some knowledge of how core digital channels work.

You’ll have the chance to get stuck into the nuts and bolts of digital activity and campaigns builds, tracking, reporting and optimisation, and you’ll work closely with both the Senior Digital Marketing Lead, the wider growth performance marketing team and agency partners to drive activity that delivers real business results.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of our digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels – full channel mix (Google, Meta, YouTube, Pmax, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Be hands-on with campaign delivery – including setting up ad campaigns, ad groups and audience/ lookalike targeting
  • Ensure campaign quality control – including: UTM tagging, URL and tracking accuracy and creative and copy sign-off
  • Assist with SEO execution including publishing and optimising on-site content updates (understand meta data, headers, alt tags, and internal linking based on keyword plans) to support visibility and traffic growth across key categories and Medivet services
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance supporting regular reporting using GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong foundational understanding of digital marketing channels – especially paid search, paid social and SEO
  • Experience setting up or managing campaigns in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Awareness of how paid and organic channels complement each other in a full-funnel strategy, and how campaigns are built, launched and optimised
  • Confident user of Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Excel
  • Detail-obsessed – you care about clean tagging, proper naming conventions, and campaign accuracy
  • A fast learner – excited to develop your digital skills in a business that moves quickly and supports your growth
