Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
Office-based with potential for hybrid working after probation

Robert Half are partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer to make a real impact within a dynamic marketing team.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering and optimising digital campaigns, enhancing online presence, and driving e-commerce performance. From managing social media channels to supporting e-commerce platforms and developing engaging content, this position requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and grow the company's online marketing and social media presence.
  • Coordinate and deliver email marketing campaigns aligned with key KPIs.
  • Maintain and develop B2B e-commerce portals and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the development of SEO and keyword strategies to maximise visibility.
  • Assist in the creation of digital assets and design work in line with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with external partners and internal teams to improve website performance and online customer experience.
  • Uphold corporate branding standards across all digital and print channels.

    • The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 2 years' experience in a digitally focussed marketing role
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experienced in managing social media channels and ad accounts.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube advertising.
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
