Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex.Role descriptionThe Demand Marketing Manager operates within the Employee Share Plans marketing team, supporting global demand generation with a focus on the EMEA and NA regions. The role involves close collaboration with portfolio teams, marketing delivery teams, and client-facing teams to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns. The role operates at a global level, driving demand through channels like events, email, webinars, and digital marketing. Time constraints are critical, requiring strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities, while ensuring compliance with regional regulations and legal requirements.What you will doDrive demand and awareness for our solutions through the planning, development, and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns.Focus on persona-driven strategies and use channels such as events, email campaigns, webinars, and digital marketing to engage prospects and nurture client relationships.Collaborate with the marketing delivery team and portfolio marketing to define campaign strategies, craft messaging, and execute campaigns that resonate with our audience.Utilise content marketing expertise and strong copywriting skills to deliver impactful messages.Manage competing priorities and timelines across the full campaign lifecycle from content creation to optimisation and reporting, ensuring precision and measurable results.Ensure campaigns comply with regional regulations, legal requirements, and internal guidelines to minimise risks.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute measurable campaigns across the EMEA and NA regions, selecting the right mix of channels (email, events, digital, content) to meet business goals.Collaborate with business units, portfolio marketing, and client-facing teams to create integrated campaigns aligned with global priorities and target audiences.Create and execute campaigns to drive lead generation, client engagement, and nurturing throughout the customer journey, building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.Work with the Senior Marketing Delivery Manager and portfolio marketing to define and standardise campaign structure for efficiency and consistency.Partner with the marketing intelligence team to measure, analyse, and optimise campaign performance based on data and insights.Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to create impactful messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.Manage deadlines across multiple campaigns while maintaining high-quality execution.Ensure all campaigns comply with regional regulations, legal requirements, and internal guidelines to minimise risks.What you will bring to the roleStrong understanding of marketing channels such as email, social, events, webinars, content marketing, and marketing automation. Expertise in persona-driven marketing strategies and campaigns. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. Eloqua), CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Experience with campaign execution from ideation to optimisation and reporting, with a focus on data-driven results. Disciplined and process-oriented, with an eye for detail.
