We are looking for the next member of our Developer Marketing Demand Generation team. The future of AI is built on Arm and we are working hard to be more relatable to developers to help them build outstanding innovations by getting them the right content at the right time. This role is a unique opportunity to be connected to many different teams across Arm and drive successful marketing programs for various applications including GenAI.
Responsibilities:
This role is about creating and driving multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns to support the strategic business goals of Arm’s developer marketing team, by activating and engaging with developer communities. Additional responsibilities include:
build and implement integrated digital and offline marketing programs
work closely with product marketing and ecosystem teams to reach developer communities with the most resonating message
collaborate with the in-house media team to use the best developer channels
utilise the analytics team to improve activities based on data insights
work with internal and external creative teams to deliver outstanding assets that developers care about
drive our developer social media presence with the external comms team
Required Skills and Experience:
be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking the initiative to create clarity
be a confident influencer when working with teams across the business, including peers and leaders, and drive consensus
have marketing experience with technical audiences and developer programs, communities, and be willing to get under the skin of developers
have experience in working with marketing personas and identifying customer touchpoints to drive a content strategy and the creation of campaign assets
experience with creating and delivering successful integrated digital and offline campaigns, including a deep understanding of digital, social media, and marketing automation platforms
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
We are ideally looking for someone with previous marketing experience with technical audiences, developer programs, or B2B products. Additionally:
understand technology trends and industry segments such as genAI
have experience with leading product launch campaigns, brand campaigns, event campaigns, and programmatic campaigns
be analytical and pragmatic with significant experience using campaign metrics and analytics to measure impact and suggest improvements
have the desire to grow and learn from within and outside your organisation
