OverviewCaseware, Maidstone, England, United Kingdom. Demand Marketing Manager role based in the UK with hybrid work from Maidstone, 3 days per week in the office. This is a full-time, permanent position.What you will be doingBuild, execute, measure and optimise multi-channel demand generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leadsDesign campaigns targeted at both acquisition (new prospects) and expansion (existing customers) to support business growthLeverage lead-nurturing, segmentation, and content strategies to create a thoughtful buyer’s journey and customer lifecycleCollaborate with creative, product marketing and marketing operations to develop and execute programs that drive existing client pipelineOwn lead generation, nurture flows, and customer lifecycle marketing programs; be accountable for targets and deliver resultsBe a database marketing expert, including growing the database and working with marketing operations to maintain healthWork closely with Sales to ensure alignment on target accounts, lead qualification criteria, and campaign performance feedbackLeverage data and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to segment audiences, trigger personalised experiences, and track ROI with Marketing OpsCollaborate with content and creative teams to develop assets tailored to buyer personas and journey stagesMonitor campaign performance metrics, analyse results, and iterate to improve conversion rates and pipeline contributionIdentify new opportunities for pipeline acceleration and customer growth, continuously improving processes to deliver more leadsWhat you will bring3+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in software/SaaSProven success in B2B demand generation and growth, able to analyse customer needs and develop targeted, strategic marketing approachesResults-driven with experience reporting on pipeline, ROI, and key marketing KPIsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbalSelf-starter with a growth mindset, able to prioritise, adapt and act with urgencyStrong analytical skills to assess performance and interpret resultsExcellent time management and organisational skills with experience managing multiple projectsExperience working in the accounting industry (nice to have)A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing (nice to have)In the first 6 monthsDevelop deep understanding of target personas, ICP, value propositions and buyer journeyAudit current marketing programs to identify quick wins and long-term improvementsManage and execute the existing campaign plan for FY26 and establish nurture tracks for net-new leads and existing customersContribute to a measurable increase in marketing-sourced and influenced pipelineWork with Marketing Ops to set up clear performance dashboardsIn the first yearDrive a substantial increase in marketing sourced and influenced pipelineBuild and execute a repeatable campaign framework for consistent performanceDeliver a calendar of multi-channel campaigns aligned with goals and product launches for FY27Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on growth strategy and campaign performanceWhat’s in it for youInnovation is at our core.
