OverviewOur client, a rapidly growing SaaS business, is seeking a commercially minded individual to play a pivotal role in increasing and managing the inbound-lead pipeline by developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns. The role collaborates across Sales, Development, and Content functions and works within two key business segments as a valuable member of the marketing team.Location & BenefitsLocation: LeedsWorking pattern: Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote)Leave & holidays: 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Christmas ClosureCompany benefits: Additional Company BenefitsNote: B2B experience is essentialRoles & ResponsibilitiesCollaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Content teams, aligning activities with the business’s revenue goals.Marketing Campaigns: Develop & deliver targeted marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social channels to increase engagement, nurture, and convert audiences.Automation: Manage and optimise marketing automation platforms, implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture workflows progressing prospects.Testing: Implement testing methods (A/B, etc) to improve engagement and conversion, optimising campaigns where necessary.Sales Enablement: Create and distribute sales enablement tools and marketing assets to support pitches/demos with the goal of increasing conversion rate and closing deals.Reporting: Create and maintain reporting dashboards and report regularly on performance metrics, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness.Strategies: Implement data-led strategies to improve conversion rates/ROI, using analytics and attribution modelling.Ownership: Manage and oversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation activities through to close.Skills & ExperienceB2B Demand Generation or lead generation/sales-focused Marketing experienceExperience in SaaS or Agency environments is essentialExperience targeting field service-related industries would be highly beneficialStrong understanding of B2B sales pipelines and lead nurturing strategiesMarketing automation platforms and CRM experience (HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, or similar)Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skillsStrategic thinker with project management skills and the ability to execute with precisionCommercially focused with a results-driven mindsetSelf-motivated with ownership and attention to detailExcellent communicator able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholdersHow to express interestIf you’re passionate about building scalable marketing processes and driving measurable business growth, please apply.
