Role And Responsibilities
- You will design and execute data-driven digital campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and support pipeline conversion. Working closely with sales, agencies, and content creators, you will target senior-level decision-makers across enterprise customers, with a strong focus on performance, personalization, and measurable impact.
- You will be expected to embrace modern marketing approaches and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, content performance, and marketing operations.
Demand Generation & Funnel Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Design campaign workflows across channels (email, paid social, website, partnerships) aligned to personas and buying stages.
- Leverage CRM, AI-powered marketing tools, and automation platforms to track, nurture, and convert leads (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, or equivalent).
Digital Campaigns & Performance Marketing
- Collaborate with agency partners to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Build targeted campaigns that engage decision-makers and influencers at enterprise level.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of B2B marketing trends, AI innovations, and automation technologies.
Website & Content Management
- Manage and optimise the VEV website for lead generation, SEO, and UX.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to produce thought leadership, case studies, blogs, and visual content.
- Integrate AI content generation or testing tools where appropriate to enhance relevance and output speed.
- Track website performance and continuously implement improvements to drive conversions.
Sales Enablement & Social Selling
- Partner with the sales team to align digital efforts with pipeline growth.
- Support social selling through content, training, and enablement tools (especially via LinkedIn).
- Contribute to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that reach key accounts and decision-makers.
What Success Looks Like
- 100% increase in qualified lead pipeline within first 12 months
- LinkedIn campaigns generating engagement from senior decision-makers
- Website optimisations improving conversion by 100%
- Strong alignment between marketing and sales pipeline reporting
Experience And Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead conversion
- Experience in platform marketing, IT solutions, electrification, or energy sectors preferred
- Strong grasp of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4)
- Skilled in executing multi-touch campaigns targeting senior-level buyers
- Experience or interest in working with AI-based marketing tools and exploring innovative, tech-enabled ways of working
- Data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach
- Strong communicator and collaborator with internal teams and agency partners
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling business
