We are PRIMAL – a strength company on a mission to equip every body to discover their true potential.As we scale our brand across channels, we’re looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join in a new role within our growing Marketing Team to help shape customer engagement and retention across both our consumer and commercial audiences.THE ROLEWe’re looking for a proactive and collaborative CRM Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team and this presents an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our CRM and Email marketing programmes. The CRM Marketing Executive will help to optimise the customer journey for both consumer and commercial audiences and you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the Sales Director, collaborating across marketing platforms such as Hubspot and Klaviyo.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will naturally collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience across all touchpoints.You will:Deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that engage and convert.Support the Head of Marketing and Sales Director in embedding HubSpot CRM into the business, becoming the internal SME for the platform.Support the company in building improved customer journeys - liaising with sales, marketing and customer service to improve customer communications at each point of the customer journeyManage the set-up, scheduling, and monitoring of all automated email campaigns, evaluating performance to deliver continual improvement.Build and test engaging email and SMS communications using Klaviyo.Develop and maintain targeted customer segments to ensure campaigns are relevant and effective.Work with the internal content team to develop on-brand communications that speak to customer needs.Monitor campaign performance and user engagement, running A/B tests to optimise open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and automated flows.Support the roll our of the wider CRM strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Sales Director, and CEO.Stay up to date with industry best practice, emerging technologies, and GDPR compliance.Work with senior management to improve the customer journey for both consumer and commercial customers.Liaise with IT to understand CRM data flows and integrations across HubSpot and Klaviyo.ABOUT YOUMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a CRM or email marketing role.Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Klaviyo.Comfortable using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to interpret data and recommend improvements.A strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, and senior leadership.Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results.Up-to-date knowledge of CRM best practices, email/SMS marketing trends, and GDPR compliance.WHAT YOU’LL GET32 days annual leaveAnnual bonusCycle to work schemeEmployee assistance programmeComplimentary gym membership at city centre gymTeam events through the yearBe part of a fast-growing brand who are leading the way in the strength and fitness industrySeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustries: Sporting Goods Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
