About The Role
If you’re looking for an opportunity to join a Marketing team that is customer obsessed, numbers orientated and passionate about producing amazing creative whilst driving innovation, we’re looking for you! We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join our growing Group Marketing function, you’ll be working with some super talented and creative people who love to drive the agenda but also have fun.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the execution and optimisation of customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimiser
- Execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels to nurture and retain customers for Spring and Paragon brands
- Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives, collaborating with the CRM marketing manager
- Build and analyse campaign performance using key metrics to identify improvements
- Contribute to customer segmentation and support the generation of regular performance reports
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
- In-depth knowledge and practical use of CRM tools such as Adobe Journey Optimiser or Campaign, HubSpot, Salesforce
- Basic knowledge on customer segmentation, data analysis and campaign performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop

Working hours
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office on specific days.
