Our solution serves SMEs, landlords, individuals, households and families providing guidance on everyday matters as well as unexpected life events. Farillio are now looking for a CRM and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team as our "email and CRM Champion". This role is pivotal to ensuring that users feel connected, educated, supported and inspired throughout their journey with Farillio, contributing directly to user satisfaction and retention. This is a hybrid role so you will be required to attend the London office one day a week and for team meetings Skills and experience Proven experience in email marketing or customer engagement roles, preferably for a digital platform Proficiency with email marketing platforms eg Hubspot, Mailchimp, Intercom or similar tools A data driven mindset with experience in analysing performance metric and optimising campaigns A creative flair, including strong copywriting skills with a focus on clarity, engagement and personalisation Excellent project management, communication, listening and negotiation skills The ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously, ensuring timely execution while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team The ability to work under pressure when required and the passion to go the extra mile when needed Ideally you You have previously worked at a fast moving start-up  where you're experienced first hand the pace, agility and cross-team collaboration often needed to deliver projects and/tasks quickly
