Blue Legal is excited to partner with a prestigious international law firm in the search for a CRM Manager to join their Marketing & Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated CRM professional to take ownership of the firm’s CRM strategy, drive operational excellence, and support a global team in strengthening client relationships.
The Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define, refine, and execute the firm’s CRM strategy, ensuring firmwide alignment and best practice implementation. Oversee day-to-day management of CRM systems, ensuring they are optimised for client development, relationship mapping, and business development activities. Lead a small team, setting clear objectives, providing support and guidance, and ensuring high performance. Provide CRM-driven insights and intelligence for strategic planning, pitches, and key client programs across regions. Develop and deliver CRM training for various teams, ensuring widespread adoption of best practices across the firm. Manage CRM data standards, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations, while maintaining high-quality, actionable data.
