They operate at scale, using advanced content-tracking technology to inform decisions and maximise engagement and revenue. The project The business is replacing an in-house CRM with an off-the-shelf solution. You'll lead the end-to-end programme-from vendor selection through to rollout-partnering with senior stakeholders and regional panels across EMEA and beyond. The estate is a Microsoft house, so Dynamics 365 is a likely front-runner; Salesforce will not be used.
