Overview
Marketing and Brand Manager – We are a growing new build property developer building smarter homes and are looking for a talented Head of Marketing and Brand Manager to shape our brand, drive our marketing efforts and position us as a trusted and innovative leader in the industry.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up, making a significant impact on our success.
Key Responsibilities
As our Head of Marketing and Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our marketing vision. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, firmly establishing us as a trusted and forward‑thinking homebuilder.
- Brand Building & Reputation Management: Consistently manage brand identity and enhance reputation through targeted PR and events, cultivating strong relationships with agencies and suppliers.
- Campaign Management: Shape and oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns for each development, from initial pre‑launch activities through to final sales.
- Creative Direction: Oversee the creative direction and delivery of all marketing materials, including brochures, hoardings, CGI’s and various digital assets.
- Content Leadership: Support our in‑house content and social media creator, ensuring output aligns with the wider brand and marketing strategy.
- Digital Marketing Excellence: Collaborate on campaign planning, analytics and execution to manage all digital activity across our website, email campaigns, social media channels and advertising efforts.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Identify and test non‑traditional marketing approaches to drive awareness and engagement with our target audience.
- Performance & ROI: Track and report on marketing performance, adjusting plans to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team and other key stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
About You
We are looking for an experienced individual who embodies both strategic vision and hands‑on execution. You should have:
- Property Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in a property‑focused marketing role, ideally within residential development or housebuilding.
- Multi‑level Strategy Experience: Experience developing marketing strategies at both company and scheme levels with strong strategic and hands‑on delivery.
- Digital Campaign Mastery: Experience leading and executing targeted digital campaigns designed to drive sales.
- Strong Brand Instincts: Exceptional brand instincts, with a high standard for design, messaging and execution.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring content creators or junior marketers.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
