We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills and Competencies5+ years’ experience in product marketing or product management at B2B technology companiesInsurance or risk management industry experience (preferred)Strong understanding of modern marketing principles and the ability to strategically leverage social media and other channels to expand reach and create opportunitiesExperience speaking at events and driving content flow for videos, webinars, demos, and moreStrong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts, with the ability to guide teams in applying AI tools to streamline workflows, uncover insights, and boost marketing efficiencyCurious and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for exploring AI systems and a commitment to learning responsible AI practices—including risk management, ethical use, and transparencyEducationA bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA strongly preferredResponsibilitiesThe Associate Director of Marketing will drive adoption of our insurance segment's life, property & specialty, and casualty lines. This role involves developing a high-impact marketing strategy rooted in customer and market insights, while fostering collaboration across marketing, strategy, sales, and product management teams.
