OverviewAs a Marketing Admin Assistant joining on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Category, Own Brand, and Events team in executing our campaigns and content. This hands-on, fast-paced position requires excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.Your responsibilities will include managing the sample flow for photography shoots and ad sets, ensuring that the appropriate products are ordered, monitored, and delivered punctually. You will work closely with the photography team, assisting in the preparation and management of photography briefs to ensure that shoots proceed smoothly and yield successful results.On a daily basis, you will serve as the key contact for general team administration, guaranteeing that processes run efficiently and deadlines are achieved. Your tasks will range from coordinating logistics to maintaining up-to-date systems.This is an incredible opportunity for individuals with strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail. You will gain insights into the comprehensive marketing process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support campaigns, and help showcase our brand in the best possible light.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and verify arrival and readiness of all renewal POS materials ahead of implementationConduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning for store launchesProvide administrative assistance, including documentation and maintaining launch timelinesCoach and support store teams on What Good Looks Like (WGLL), embedding practices that future-proof renewals and maintain marketing standards post launchAct as the on-site conduit between store teams, Renewal Managers, and the Renewal Marketing team to ensure all marketing touchpoints are customer-readyEnsure the right materials, communications, and tools are in place to drive effective execution, right first timeIdentify and escalate any barriers to delivery, ensuring quick solutions and maintaining timelinesShare observations and learnings to help refine the renewal marketing approach for future storesAgility and ability to work at pace, responding quickly to changePositive, can-do attitudeOrganisational and time management skills.
