As the Marketing and Training Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our beauty brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to launch new products and enhance brand presence in the market. Additionally, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure beauty advisors have the knowledge and skills to represent our brands effectively.Accountabilities:Take ownership to manage our beauty brand’s marketing campaigns across EU countriesWork closely with internal/external stakeholders and agencies to develop and execute our marketing strategiesIdentify and develop long-term marketing strategies for the product portfolioIdentify and develop the brand in EMEA market to enhance the market shareBuild up and maintain strong relationships with retailersDevelop the Retail and Brand Marketing plan including B&M, Digital, GWPs with retailers, PR activitiesExperience managing visual merchandising according to internal standardsExperience planning and executing launch/PR events and influencer relationshipsStrong understanding of social media marketing, with focus on Instagram and TikTokWork with HQ & local team for NPD launches and related marketing plansOversee Customer CareClosely work with external marketing agenciesPlan and deliver Training to in-store Beauty Advisors and Client’s staff, both online and offlineMake training materials for Beauty Advisors and Clients’ staffRegularly visit stores for random checking of our products to ensure proper placementEvaluate promotion effectiveness and ensure expenditure is spent efficientlyClosely work with Business Units to manage stock forecasts, orders management, shipments monitoring to ensure sufficient inventoryEnhance the brands’ position to identify opportunities, drive awareness, and enlarge margin brand presence in the marketAbout You:Professional proficiency in English; proficiency in other EU languages is an advantageFMCG Background, Beauty Industry experience is a plusExperience developing and growing social media channelsKeen interest and passion for the FMCG/beauty industryWell understanding of customer’s needs and shopping habits in the consumer goods sector, ideally in beauty in Europe/UKExperience in working with beauty retailers and agency managementStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, attention to detail, and project leading/management experience is a mustAmbitious, proactive, and collaborative team playerSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionMarketing and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
