Yacht Charter Manager

Location: Flexible (UK/EU)


The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Yacht Charter Manager to oversee a growing fleet of Central Agency yachts across some of the world’s most desirable destinations. This role combines commercial drive with creativity and requires a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to maintain momentum and global growth.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in yacht charter management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success. An established network of industry contacts and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment will be highly valued.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing of a central agency fleet of yachts available for charter
  • Maintain accurate yacht specifications, calendars, financial records, and reports
  • Oversee charter bookings and liaise with retail brokers to maximise revenue
  • Work closely with marketing teams to increase fleet exposure globally
  • Create and distribute engaging marketing materials for the broker network
  • Respond swiftly to all enquiries with accurate information
  • Actively prospect and secure new yachts for the fleet
  • Build and sustain a strong portfolio of desirable expedition and luxury yachts
  • Prepare regular reports for yacht owners and captains
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records


Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in yacht charter management or a similar position
  • Solid knowledge of the MYBA charter contract and wider charter market
  • Proven history of meeting targets and delivering operational success
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational ability with meticulous attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with an analytical approach
  • Creative outlook with strong sales skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and prioritising effectively
