UK Marketing Manager – PPG PPG Industries. Remote worker / Hybrid (Stowmarket). You will lead the deployment of our Automotive Refinish business strategy across our products, including Collision, CT/LIC, Digital Colour and Sundries, at the country/subregion level. You will report to the Product & Segment Director, EMEA. Key Responsibilities
Strategy Deployment: Lead the deployment of the PPG Refinish strategy across Collision, CT/LIC, Digital, and Sundries products, ensuring agreement on country-specific goals in collaboration with the Country Refinish Director. Manage local marketing budget. Team Management and Local Collaboration: Manage local marketing team and partner with local sales, technical, and training teams to lead fast and successful deployment of the strategy. Market Intelligence & Data Consistency: Understand local market, competition, trends, customer needs, to lead implementation and provide relevant insights to central marketing to support informed decision-making. Partner for main customers and market players: Work together with main customers and market players (associations, media, influencers). Represent PPG as local marketing leader. Product Management Support: Collaborate with central product management to improve the product portfolio for customer needs and market reach, ensuring competitive pricing product management. Digital Colour & Equipment Projects: Promote and oversee Digital Colour Solutions Value propositions, ensuring agreement on market demands and increasing sales. Promotional Programs and Communication: Design and monitor promotional programs and communication activities to increase customer loyalty and sales, while supporting the sales team with marketing tools and presentations to highlight PPG's competitive advantages.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level. More than 10 years of experience in Strategic Marketing at a managerial position in a matrix organisation. Product marketing background.
