Apply today!Role AccountabilitiesDevelop and deliver funded marketing activity aligned with supplier national events, campaigns, sponsorships and product launches.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary contact for all supplier marketing and campaign activity.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure plans are executed effectively and in line with critical path timelines.Responsible and accountable for delivering trade marketing income budgets.Provide campaign performance reviews and spend analysis to suppliers, alongside Buyers, delivering insights and recommendations to maximise ROI.Create innovative marketing plans to capitalise on market opportunities and drive new customer acquisition.Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all messaging aligns with supplier agreements, securing brand approvals as required.Represent Freemans as a brand ambassador, supporting pitches, QBRs, and championing the business as a partner for growth.Lead yearly and quarterly planning with brand partners, securing budgets within critical path deadlines and proactively identifying risks.Analyse sales data, shopper insights, and campaign results to continuously refine future strategies with brand partners.Own and manage rate card discussions and supplier marketing income negotiations.Monitor competitor marketing activity to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.Support the Buying team with web product improvements, providing recommendations to enhance customer experience.Influence internal and external stakeholders, challenging ways of working to embed best practice and drive continuous improvement.Work closely with Finance teams to ensure all marketing contributions are accurately recorded and claimed.Be committed to good outcomes for customers at all times.About YouAble to commute to Bradford city centre a minimum of 2 days per weekSignificant experience in Trade Marketing role(s)Experience managing recognisable brands across Electricals and/or Beauty and/or HomewaresA self-starter who is able to drive results independently at paceStrong communication and influencing skillsStrong commercial acumen, ability to understand key KPIs and customer insight dataAbility to create mutually beneficial marketing plans for both the customer, supplier and FGH through a range of channelsProven track record of building internal and external relationships at all levelsBe able to travel (UK)About UsFGH Buying & Merchandising is an exciting and fast-paced environment.
