About the Role Medik8 is a leading skincare company dedicated to high-quality, results-driven products backed by scientific research and innovation. With a global presence, we are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s success within the EMEA & ROW region. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Create marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions that effectively communicate Medik8’s brand value to trade partners. Collaborate with the sales team to develop channel-specific marketing plans and promotion activities for EMEA & ROW distributors. Monitor and maximise ROI for every project and campaign. Plan and execute events across the region and channels in collaboration with Global Education. Advising distributors on the execution of global brand strategies and partner-specific marketing programs. Work closely with the D2C department to enhance customer loyalty and support customer acquisition. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to optimise future results.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of trade marketing or related experience in skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry. Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing programs and campaigns within distributor business model. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partner relationships. Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and reporting. Proficiency in marketing software and tools. Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
