Responsibilities
Devising and overseeing the effective execution of the Trade Marketing strategy, optimising distribution channels to ensure business objectives and targets are met. Overseeing the effective execution of all Trade Marketing communications and activity across online and offline channels. Leading and motivating a team of two Marketing Executives. Building relationships with key Travel Agents to build, execute, review and continually improve joint marketing plans. Working closely with media buying agency to develop a detailed Trade Media plan to help build awareness and consideration of the brand. Working closely with Account Managers to review co-funded marketing plans and opportunities, ensuring effective execution and maximum ROI. Accountability for FOCL's Travel Agent Centre, ensuring site is maintained with relevant content, including campaign information and company news. Working with the E-Commerce team to implement future developments and improvements.
Qualifications
A strong Marketing background, ideally with prior experience of Trade Marketing, team leadership, as well as the travel or cruise industry. Proven commercial skills and the ability to make recommendations to drive sales. Proven creative briefing and critiquing skills. Experience of managing budgets. Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and build strong B2B relationships. Able to remain calm, organised and focused in fast-paced situations.
