Trade Marketing Manager – Travel & Hospitality
Location: UK (Hybrid / Remote options considered) Type: Full-time
Are you a creative and commercially minded marketing professional looking to make an impact in the global travel and hospitality sector?
Our client is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team and help drive growth through innovative marketing strategies, strong supplier relationships, and creative campaign delivery.
Trade Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver partner marketing plans with hotels, tourist boards, and other industry partners.
Create engaging, multi-channel campaigns to increase awareness and generate revenue opportunities.
Produce high-quality creative assets including videos, presentations, ads, and brand collateral.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Negotiate bespoke marketing and commercial proposals to maximise ROI.
Use data, analytics, and feedback to report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Support wider marketing initiatives such as global campaigns, brand adoption, internal communications, and tradeshows.
Provide training to regional marketing teams on platforms such as D365, WordPress, and Unbounce.
Trade Marketing Manager Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in partner or B2B marketing, ideally within travel, hospitality, or related industries.
Excellent design and creative skills, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience with WordPress, CRM systems (e.g. D365), BI tools, and Google Analytics.
Commercially astute with the ability to negotiate and build revenue-driving partnerships.
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding ways to “do things better.”
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
Trade Marketing Manager Additional Info:
·         Salary £50-£60k per year + generous benefits
·         Hybrid 2 days in Central London Office and 3 days at home
