This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the business and wider consumer healthcare industry.ResponsibilitiesJoin a global pharmaceutical leader known for its innovative products and commitment to improving livesWork with major customers, agencies and cross-functional teams to drive innovative brand launches and marketing campaignsProvide supportive and inclusive culture that values work-life balance and professional developmentDemonstrate autonomy and accountability in the role with career development opportunitiesOperate in a hybrid working model with 2 days/week in the office, easily commutable from LondonDevelop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive the success of key brandsCollaborate with brand, sales and medical affairs teams to implement marketing campaigns and product launches at retail levelBring creative ideas to raise brand visibility and consumer engagementKey ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing trade & shopper marketing strategies aligned with marketing objectivesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches and campaignsAnalyzing market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to inform strategiesMonitoring and reporting on effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives with recommendations for improvementBuilding relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals, trade partners and industry associationsStaying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure complianceSkills & ExperienceProven experience in trade & shopper marketing, preferably in pharma or healthcareStrong understanding of the UK OTC healthcare market and regulatory environmentExcellent project management and organizational skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in data analysis and market research with ability to derive actionable insightsCreativity and innovation in developing impactful marketing strategiesExperience with PAGB regulations for promotional/display activityExperience working with major retailer activation teams such as Boots and SuperdrugContactIf you are excited by this opportunity, talk to me now.
