We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to join our team and help us bring supplier campaigns to life across all our channels – online and in-store. This role is about building strong relationships with our suppliers and working closely with our internal teams to deliver campaigns that work for everyone – our suppliers, our business, and our customers. You’ll shape a brand’s presence on our website, plan paid social campaigns, and review promotion results, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. What does the role include?
Working with our suppliers to create and run campaigns across paid social, PPC, email, website, affiliates, and in-store. Managing brand pages and supplier visibility on the Hughes website. Building longer-term marketing plans with suppliers – not just one-off promotions. Reporting on campaigns: what ran, how it performed, and what we can learn. Using tools like GA4, Canva and Monday.com to plan, execute, and review campaigns. Working hand-in-hand with our agencies and our ecommerce, CRM, ecommerce, and buying teams to ensure campaigns deliver for everyone.
What Skills and Experience are required?
At least 2 years’ marketing experience, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or trade marketing. A great communicator who enjoys building relationships with lots of different people. Comfortable working with data and analytics (GA4 experience is a plus). Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once. Familiar with tools like Canva and Monday.com (or keen to learn). Someone who enjoys mixing creativity with commercial thinking.
