In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with different teamssuch as Product Development Team, Sales and Operations. Your insightful contribution will help develop,expand, and maintain our marketing channels. With a background in marketing tech solutions, this hands-onrole requires a range of competencies including, but not limited to, excellent copywriting skills, campaignplanning and execution, SEO/SEM, and website optimisation.The position is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package. In currentcircumstances, this would be a work-from-home position but a candidate in close travelling distance to ourSwansea offices would be preferred. Time management and the ability to work unsupervised is a must.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop marketing framework across social media, email marketing and digitalplatformsGrow and manage the company’s communities using creative, inbound, organic and newmethods of acquiring usersBeing social and understanding users’ behaviour. Having great customer relationsskills and being focused on customer experienceKnowledge of Inbound & Outbound MarketingOversee influencer marketing and influencer relationshipsCollecting and presenting quantitative and qualitative data from marketingcampaignsCollaborate in the creation of content for press releases, blog posts andwebsitesPerform market analysis and research on digital technology, social media andcryptocurrency industry trendsModerating the social media platforms, commenting, engaging and answering supportquestions from the communityCreate and execute actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers throughpopular social media platformsEnsure brand consistency through tone, voice, and terminologyRequirementsA Degree in Marketing (or other relevant subject)Minimum 1-year experience in marketingMust have a startup mindset - move fast, build and growMust have interest in the culture and changing landscape of techProven track record of increasing user acquisition, retention and engagementAn in-depth understanding of all major social media platformsAble to successfully complete responsibilities both independently and in ateam settingAbility to successfully navigate tight deadlinesExperience with social media, blogging, publications and e-commerceProblem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong working knowledge of design, brand development, interactive commerce andcreative processExperience with a wide range of growth management toolsHave a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics andexperience in data analysisDirect applicants only, no agencies or recruiters.All applicants must be eligible to live and work within the UK wherethe position is based. #J-18808-Ljbffr
