Responsibilities Lead end-to-end candidate marketing campaigns across early talent, experienced hire, and alumni.
Deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, campus, events) that drive awareness and applications.
Partner with recruiting and business teams to align marketing activity with hiring priorities.
Oversee creation of compelling content - from landing pages and ambassador stories to videos and newsletters.
Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights.
