Are you a creative and strategic Talent Attraction Marketing Lead looking for your next challenge? You\'ll design and deliver innovative campaigns across early talent, experienced hire, and alumni audiences. As the Talent Attraction Marketing Lead, you\'ll be at the forefront of employer brand and candidate engagement in the UK, ensuring the right people connect with the brand at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end candidate marketing campaigns across early talent, experienced hire, and alumni.
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, campus, events) that drive awareness and applications.
• Partner with recruiting and business teams to align marketing activity with hiring priorities.
• Oversee creation of compelling content — from landing pages and ambassador stories to videos and newsletters.
• Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights.
