Your experience in consumer-facing campaigns means you instinctively know how to spark genuine connections between ASOS and its audience. You’re fluent in the language of social across established platforms and emerging ones, continuously discovering rising talent and media opportunities that others haven’t spotted yet. You’re the go-to person for original ideas that drive cultural relevance, and you know how to position ASOS as the fashion destination for 20-something style lovers.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of influencer/talent reps, managing a scalable roster across retained and campaign activity.Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer and talent campaigns, including creative briefing, contracting, activation, and reporting.Build and maintain strategic relationships with influencers, agencies, and media partners to drive brand impact.Own paid social strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Meta), optimising for reach, engagement, and conversion.Collaborate with internal teams and media agencies to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns aligned to commercial goals.Monitor emerging platforms and talent to identify new opportunities and keep ASOS culturally relevant.Manage budgets, targets, and supplier relationships to support an agile and effective operating model.Partner with insights and performance teams to track campaign effectiveness and translate data into actionable improvements.Champion inclusive, long-term partnerships with diverse talent that reflect ASOS’ brand values.Represent influencer/talent marketing at a senior level, including crisis management and international travel as required.Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.QualificationsYou’re an experienced Talent and Influencer Marketing specialist with a background in fashion or retail, and you bring trusted agency relationships to the table.
