Overview
As Sr. Manager of Product Marketing, you’ll own the successful globalization and go-to-market rollout of PayPal’s B2B products across Europe. Partnering closely with regional sales, product, and channel teams, you’ll shape positioning, packaging, and enablement strategies that drive adoption, accelerate revenue, and reflect regional nuance. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving product understanding, buyer readiness, and sales activation at scale.
About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing leader to drive the globalization of our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling product marketing efforts across international markets—ensuring our positioning, messaging, and launches resonate deeply at a local level while maintaining global brand consistency. This role bridges product, regional marketing, and growth teams to build a cohesive, high-performing globalization engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Go-to-Market Enablement: Lead and scale our global product marketing strategy across priority markets—partnering with regional leads to launch products with local relevance and impact.
- Localization Strategy: Own the framework for localization of messaging, positioning, and campaigns. Ensure product value is clearly articulated and culturally aligned across regions.
- Customer Journeys: Drive adoption by collaborating with demand gen, lifecycle, and comms teams to deliver resonant product narratives across the funnel.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the connective tissue between product, regional marketing, customer insights, and growth teams to streamline execution.
- Market Readiness: Collaborate with regional teams to build launch plans, sales enablement assets, and content that aligns with local needs and readiness.
- Insights & Feedback Loop: Bring back competitive, customer, and market intelligence from international teams to inform product and marketing decisions.
- Consistency with Flexibility: Ensure global narratives and positioning are upheld while giving regions the tools and freedom to adapt based on market dynamics.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years in product marketing, with 2–3 years in a globalization, regional, or international capacity.
