About The Role
What you’ll be doing: If you’re a customer-obsessed, storytelling-driven Product Marketing Manager, this is your opportunity to drive real impact and elevate a high-growth, AI-powered product. You’ll be a generalist Sr. PMM for Cleo’s rapidly evolving product experiences, touching AI, new ventures, and international expansion. We are seeking candidates on the US East Coast or based in London. As Cleo’s market is the US, experience of the American market is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead bold and insightful product GTM
- Own end-to-end go-to-market for AI-driven features, from early-stage concepting to scaled growth and maturity
- Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning that connects with our audience emotionally and functionally – rooted in insight and differentiated by brand
- Design and execute channel strategies and large-scale launch tactics from scratch, whether it’s a major new feature rollout or a market-defining innovation
- Apply best-in-class GTM principles across lifecycle, performance, brand, in-app, and owned content channels, ensuring strategic consistency while tailoring for impact
- Collaborate closely with product, growth, and creative to drive coordinated execution that resonates across the full customer journey
- Drive complex cross-functional workstreams
- Orchestrate multiple squads across product, engineering, research, creative, CRM, performance marketing, and commercial
- Act as the connective tissue across teams – driving clarity, unlocking progress, and pushing work through the last 10%
- Influence at all levels of the organization, from PMs and designers to senior leadership
- Champion breakthrough creative and content
- Write excellent strategy and creative briefs that help cross-functional partners do their best work – clear, inspiring, and insight-driven
- Collaborate with our Creative Studio to craft high-impact educational and storytelling assets—from in-app flows to videos and launch moments
- Develop educational, engaging, and bold content that explains complex features in simple, human terms
- Write and co-create everything from positioning frameworks to user-facing copy that inspires action
- Elevate user insight and competitive intelligence
- Deeply understand our US-based audience’s money habits, needs, and behaviours, especially across savings, habit-building, and new bet spaces
- Lead market research, whitespace exploration, and competitive analysis to fuel product strategy and differentiation
- Be the go-to expert on where we win, where we don't, and why
- Grow the product and prove the impact
- Use data and experimentation to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where the next opportunity lies
- Partner with lifecycle and performance marketing teams to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term retention
- Define campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks to track effectiveness and incremental growth
About You
- 6+ years of product marketing experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2C tech environments
- A natural storyteller and strategic thinker, able to craft compelling narratives that bring complex AI-driven products to life and make people care
- Demonstrated experience launching and scaling products from 0→1, with strong instincts for what resonates with users
- A creative spark and bold thinking. You don’t just execute GTM playbooks, you reimagine them
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, and Engineering
- Highly data-literate, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategy
- Customer-obsessed, curious, and unafraid to challenge assumptions
- Understanding of or exposure to the US consumer market is required
- Fintech or AI product experience is a strong plus
- Expanding into new markets a strong plus
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driven by impact
