Job Title: Sourcing Manager - Marketing Services

Location: Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax, or Birmingham

Salary: £59,850 - £66,500

Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Hybrid, with at least two days per week in one of the listed office sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies considering market conditions and cost optimization.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities aligning with group targets.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients.
• Manage cross-functional sourcing teams, including negotiations and contract management.
• Ensure contractual risk mitigation and effective agency governance.
• Maintain compliance with group policies and ensure robust risk management.
• Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Experience in Marketing categories such as Media, Creative Agencies, Market Research, Sponsorship.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage risks effectively.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba sourcing and contract modules is desirable.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
