Job Title: Sourcing Manager - Marketing Services

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom

Salary: £59,850 - £66,500

Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Hybrid, with at least two days per week in one of the specified office sites.

Support Marketing Services sourcing activities within Lloyds Banking Group. Lead sourcing projects with marketing, experience teams, and agency networks to drive strategic change and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies based on market conditions and cost optimization.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to deliver value.
• Build relationships with internal customers and manage cross-functional sourcing teams.
• Negotiate contracts, manage agency relationships, and ensure risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies and maintain an auditable sourcing process.
• Stay informed about market dynamics to secure optimal contracts.

Requirements

• Experience in Marketing Categories (Media, Creative Agencies, Market Research, Sponsorship).
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba sourcing and contract modules is desirable.
• Financial Services background is a plus.
