Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Brand: Retail Fashion Brand

Location: London – Hybrid, 3 days in-office (Tue–Thu)

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of social media campaigns for a fashion brand within a leading retail group.
  • Own and evolve the influencer strategy, building strong relationships with creators and talent.
  • Manage and mentor two direct reports: a Social Media Executive and Content Creator.
  • Brief and direct social-first shoots and video content, ensuring output is engaging, trend-led, and platform-ready.
  • Monitor and react to cultural and social trends.
  • Collaborate with PR, creative, ecommerce, buying, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance, reporting insights and optimising future activity.
  • Act as a brand guardian, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in social media, ideally within fashion or beauty.
  • Proven experience managing influencer-led campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a social-first mindset.
  • Skilled in briefing, directing, and editing creative content.
  • Strong organisational and strategic planning skills - comfortable running multiple projects.
  • Excellent copywriting ability and a strong grasp of brand voice.
  • Experience leading and mentoring junior team members.
  • Analytical, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
