What will you be doing?

• Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels, including follower engagement, sentiment monitoring, managing reviews, channel design/layout, and writing/reviewing content for website, public communications and social media pages
• Collaborate with our marketing team to define and report on business goals, owning specific social media objectives and reporting on ROI
• Develop and manage content strategies to fulfil short-term and long-term marketing targets, including identifying audience needs, content planning and creation, publishing and performance evaluation
• Represent social media within the wider marketing team, consult on brand taglines, logo and other promotional material
• Monitor SEO and web traffic, implementing new features to develop brand awareness (e.g., promotions/competitions)
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content consistently (original text, photos, videos and news), ensuring copyright and data protection compliance
• Perform research on benchmark trends and audience preferences, staying up to date with technologies and trends in social media and design tools
• Maintain content consistency and alignment with brand identity (in collaboration with other business teams)
• Support wider updates of the website, social media and content pages periodically
• Manage staff who create content for Forward Ever Inclusive Education
