As we scale across key global markets, we are looking for a passionate Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our growing team and drive our social media presence. This role is an exciting opportunity for a creative storyteller who thrives at the intersection of culture, content, and community. You’ll be shaping how our brand shows up on social, working closely with the founder and wider marketing team to create standout content that resonates with audiences globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a platform-specific social strategy that drives organic growth, community connection, and long-term brand equity.
- Use data and insights to continuously optimise content, engagement, and growth strategies.
- Drive follower growth and engagement through authentic and innovative content.
Content Creation & Campaigns
- Plan and execute engaging, social-first content with support from the creative team.
- Work directly with the Founder to co-create native content that captures brand moments and cultural moments.
- Plan and execute brand-led and reactive social campaigns, including product launches, partnerships, and key calendar moments — collaborating across brand, PR, performance, and CRM.
- Write captions, scripts, and copy that reflect our distinct tone of voice.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Pitch, test, and scale new content formats (e.g., lo-fi TikToks, memes, emerging channels).
Community Management
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions with personality, professionalism, and purpose.
- Uphold community guidelines and ensure brand values are consistently represented.
- Develop and implement a UGC strategy to harness real customer advocacy and build pipelines of authentic customer-led content.
Performance & Insights
- Track and analyse engagement, reach, saves, shares, and growth across platforms.
- Own and interpret social performance data, optimising strategies to double down on what works.
- Deliver weekly reports and insights for the team.
- Monitor competitor activity to benchmark performance and spot opportunities.
Culture & Admin
- Stay plugged into emerging trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours.
- Identify opportunities for the brand to join cultural conversations in authentic and creative ways.
- Provide wider team support, dependent on business needs and to drive a growing global brand.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience managing brand social media, ideally within beauty, skincare, fashion, or luxury.
- A proven track record of driving organic growth and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and short-form video content creation skills.
- Deep understanding of analytics, insights, and performance optimisation.
- Experience leading social-first campaigns, from planning through to execution and reporting.
- Strong relationship-building skills with influencers, creators, and online communities.
- Confident working cross-functionally with PR, CRM, and performance.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with senior leadership and founders.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and culture, with a finger on the pulse of what’s trending.
