Senior Social Media & Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Marketing Executive to drive our digital presence and support the growth of this innovative B2B tech business. A hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for amplifying our brand, building thought leadership, and engaging target audiences across digital channels. You’ll play a key role in creating high-impact content, managing campaigns, and optimising social media strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s social media strategy (with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Twitter/X).
- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with business objectives, product launches, and industry events.
- Develop engaging, professional content — including posts, blogs, email campaigns, videos, and case studies — that position the company as a thought leader.
- Build engagement with target audiences (decision-makers, partners, and industry influencers).
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and events to nurture prospects and drive pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with commercial goals.
- Write compelling copy for campaigns, product updates, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign and channel performance, providing insights to optimise ROI.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
- Contribute to positioning the company as an innovative leader in the B2B tech space.
- Support events, webinars, and industry partnerships with creative marketing materials and promotion.
Key Skills & Experience
With 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, or another fast growing innovative environment, you will have a proven track record of managing social media channels (particularly LinkedIn) for brand building and lead generation. Possessing strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex tech concepts into engaging content. You will have good experience running paid social and digital campaigns with measurable results. A self-starter, with strong project management skills, a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously will all be required to thrive in what is a truly fast paced environment and an ambitious and forward thinking team culture.
