At Red Spades Agency, we craft high-impact visual content for luxury brands in hospitality. We’re looking for a marketing & social media executive with passion, creativity, and the drive to grow within a dynamic creative team.

This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to take initiative, is open to learning from experience and feedback, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in managing social media accounts for our clients in the luxury and hospitality space.
• Help plan and organize content calendars, post scheduling, and social media publishing.
• Support the team during shoots, campaigns, and live activations.
• Create visual mood boards for each client shoot to guide photographers and videographers with styling, tone, and creative direction.
• Monitor trends, gather insights, and contribute fresh, relevant ideas.
• Work closely with the creative team and learn directly from leadership and senior staff.
• Collaborate with teams in both our London and Dubai agencies, with a primary focus on supporting the Dubai office.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from both peers and subordinates.
• Good eye for aesthetics, social media storytelling, and brand consistency.
• Familiarity with Instagram and relevant digital tools (Canva, Meta Suite, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a bonus.
• Based in London, working remotely.
