Manpower is seeking an interim Shopper Marketing Manager to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, brands including TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem. This is a full-time temporary role based in Holborn, London, 12 months (Maternity Cover), ideally starting at the beginning of Nov 2025, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation is up to £55,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. The role offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to business requirements.

Your Role

Reporting into the Head of Strategy & Growth, the core purpose is to lead the implementation of the differentiated marketing execution and brand activation plan for the Elida Beauty brands in high street health & beauty retailers. The role will set the agenda and deliver high-quality executions in these customers for their shoppers. The role will work closely with the CAM, Brand & Customer Marketing teams, internally and externally, to deliver activity built on shopper and retailer insight, aligned to brand strategy and customer strategy. Campaigns should be data-driven, built from trends and purpose, to strengthen shopper relationships and drive loyalty.

Your Responsibilities

Team & Channel Leadership

  • Work with CCD, CAMs, & Brand managers to define and deliver shopper marketing strategy & plans aligned to Elida Beauty channel & brand strategy
  • Represent the channel view in ABP processes
  • Lead the creative process with internal and external partners, ensuring brand messaging is translated across the shopper journey; develop best-in-class shopper toolkits and campaign executions
  • Feed all plans to the field sales team, including monthly briefings and regular check-ins against CAM/JBP priorities

Data & Insight Driven Shopper Marketing

  • Implement digital marketing strategy and campaigns in conjunction with the digital hub; ensure digital and performance marketing is integrated into campaign plans
  • Utilise retailer loyalty data tools and media to develop in-store and online campaign activations
  • Drive bottom-of-funnel conversion with strong ROI

Deliver Retailer Events / Strategic Initiatives in Retail

  • Build and lead shopper marketing relationships with key customers and media partners, aligning to JBP goals with CAMs
  • Develop annual marketing initiatives and events, including head office launches as relevant

Voice of Shopper within the Business

  • Understand shopper trends and missions to develop creative executions that drive KPIs
  • Understand categories, shopper profiles and retailer segmentation
  • Stay current with omnichannel shopping and media
  • Advocate for the shopper in internal partnerships and campaigns

Shopper Marketing Budget Management & ROI

  • Manage campaigns to budget; maintain accurate forecasts
  • Responsible for purchase order processing
  • Track ROI/ROSA and share learnings internally and where relevant externally
  • Use insights to continually improve results for Elida

Must Haves

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Shopper Marketing
  • Digitally minded with a passion for digital marketing
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Proven project management ability and prioritisation
  • Experience managing marketing spend/budgets
  • Strong knowledge of the BPC market, consumer goods, brands and customers
  • Passion for building brands and executing activations across UK&I retailers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills to represent shopper marketing
  • Proven collaboration and ability to build retailer relationships
  • Self-starter with the ability to deliver in a lean, agile setup
  • Language: English

Nice To Have

  • Experience in a startup environment

  • Experience in brand or activation agency
  • Experience with digital capabilities and 3rd party data agencies
