We are growing our product offerings and seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us develop, market, and sell our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the capabilities and differentiators of DNSFilter
  • Enable sales teams with tools and training, develop internal and external collateral, and educate teams on our key differentiators and how to use collateral, including sales training and battlecards
  • Own DNSFilter’s market view through firsthand and secondary research, competitive intelligence, customer conversations, and sales feedback
  • Analyze competitive offerings and market landscape to help determine product messaging, direction, packaging, and pricing strategies
  • Work with product management to develop the long-term cybersecurity roadmap
  • Own the updating and development of product positioning, messaging, and buyer personas
  • Create a steady stream of high-quality product content to support demand generation, earned media, and sales enablement, including ownership of product-related sales site pages
  • Own the product components of the website, including the buyer’s journey
  • Participate in the development of marketing plans with the broader marketing team, including ownership of the quarterly product marketing calendar
  • Work cross-functionally to assess the effectiveness of collateral and marketing programs, and implement improvements
  • Own the quarterly product webinar strategy and collaborate with the product team to develop content
  • Act as liaison between the marketing and product teams on product and feature release strategies
  • Drive and make recommendations around Analyst Relations strategy, working with the PR team for support
  • Travel: approximately 10-20% of the time for team meetups, partner and customer visits, and industry events; attendance at major annual conferences

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in SaaS
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in Cybersecurity SaaS with deep cybersecurity domain and systems comprehension
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where self-initiated work is highly valued
  • Successfully built and executed go-to-market product launches
  • Cross-functional collaboration to hit deadlines and overcome obstacles
  • Strong hands-on experience with product-led-growth SaaS business models in a fast-paced startup or scale-up
  • Experience digging into data resources to identify messaging, collateral, and GTM gaps
  • Comfortable speaking directly with customers to gather insights, document findings, and present findings on camera or in person
  • Outstanding communication, people, and project management skills
  • Experience using project management tools like Asana
  • Experience using Slack (or similar internal messaging tools)
  • Can work in a mostly EST environment
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid environments

Bonus points for

  • Experience as a Product Manager in SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field

DNSFilter is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is an opportunity to advance compensation based on performance over time. The hiring base pay depends on level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic location. As a hybrid company, compensation reflects labor costs across multiple markets. Our Talent Team can share the specific salary range during the hiring process.

U.S. hiring salary range: $145,000 — $165,000 USD
