Hays Marketing are pleased to be supporting an exciting local tech business through a period of growth as they look to enhance the size and quality of their marketing team on site in Oxford. Thepany are a world leader in motion capture, developing innovative, high-performance software and hardware products for the entertainment, engineering, and medical industries.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the positioning, storytelling, overall go-to-market,petitive intelligence, and growth of your vertical.

The Role

• Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution to drive measurablemercial growth for your vertical.
• Develop and own the positioning and messaging of our Life Sciences vertical, collaborating with Marketing, Product and Sales to bring the messaging to life.
• Collaborate with teams to createpelling sales and marketing collateral and internal/externalmunications to drive adoption and growth.
• Identify success metrics and measure the results of your strategies and initiatives to continuously iterate and maximise results.
• Conduct customer and market analysis to obtain an understanding of thepetitive landscape and help establish product differentiators.
• Create marketing programs (, sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, white paper, etc.) that articulate the benefits of the product and/or features.

The Candidate

• 4 years + of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong understanding of the entire product marketing function.
• Strong analytical, execution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellentmunicator, both written and verbal.
• A result-driven powerhouse. We’re all about getting things done, and we need your help to build a vertical that is focused on oues and not inputs.
• Able to work independently and effectively within a fluid environment by systematic and organised work.
• High energy and contagious enthusiasm
• Familiarity with the Life Science sector is an advantage.
