Overview

Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on small businesses (less than 20 employees) and launching a brand new product in Business Payments. You will help build market insight, product strategy, value propositions, positioning & messaging, and GTM strategy that helps businesses get paid while delivering a delightful card payments experience. You will partner with senior leaders in product and commercial roles and join the team early to translate ambiguity into structure and momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market intelligence and insights: own competitive research, market trends, segmentation, personas, and ideal customer profiles; collaborate with researchers to ensure product teams understand target customers and how to win in the market.
  • Shape strategic direction: contribute to high-impact product strategy discussions for business payments and other core B2B solutions.
  • Craft positioning and messaging: develop clear, differentiated value propositions and test messaging to drive awareness, interest, and conversions in target B2B segments.
  • Collaborate within product squads to increase customer adoption and influence the quality of shipped products.

Qualifications

  • Seasoned product marketer with deep B2B payments experience, or adjacent experience in product management or product strategy.
  • Proven ability to define and communicate great positioning; track record of writing and validating compelling product positioning.
  • Strong market intelligence skills: adept at gathering customer insights from diverse sources and analyzing data to inform decisions.
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams; able to cut through complexity and prioritize for impact.
  • Accountable for results with a history of delivering ambitious business outcomes.

Location & Compensation

London (UK) — £78,000 - £98,000 + Benefits. Hybrid or fully remote options; office next to Liverpool Street station in London; flexible working hours.
