You'll manage initiatives independently with minimal supervision, addressing challenges and identifying areas for improvement and expansion.Mentor and Guide: Act as a role model and mentor to junior team members, guiding them on tasks, distributing workloads, and providing constructive feedback to support their development. You'll be the go-to person for queries and a deputy to the team lead.Analyse and Optimise: You'll use your strong analytical skills to produce and review reports and data, quickly reacting to market conditions to funnel investment and drive the strongest results.Refine Our Processes: Continuously develop and maintain processes to improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency.Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with a wide range of teams and stakeholders across the organisation, sourcing input and support as needed.
