Scope: Own the strategy, creation, and execution of scalable partner marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enablement, and co-sell activation across Deel’s partner ecosystem, with a focus on Core and Emerging partners. This role translates the overarching partner narrative into high-impact, repeatable marketing programs and works closely with partner managers to activate campaigns that generate pipeline and deepen partner engagement.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Partner Experience Manager to ensure campaigns align to Deel’s GTM identity and messaging frameworks, while working hand-in-hand with Partner Managers to deliver results-driven activations.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution
Design and execute repeatable marketing campaigns across the partner lifecycle, including co-branded plays, ABM programs, and demand-gen initiatives.
Build “campaigns-in-a-box” that can be localized and deployed by Partner Managers across regions and partner types.
Manage campaign calendars, stakeholder alignment, and delivery process end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Asset Creation & Activation
Localize and adapt assets for priority geographies and partner segments.
Ensure all materials align with Deel’s partner brand standards and value propositions.
Partner Activation & Pipeline Acceleration
Collaborate with partner managers to design campaigns that drive top-of-funnel activity, influence pipeline, and accelerate active opportunities.
Work with Marketing Ops to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize based on results.
Use data to identify and prioritize campaign opportunities aligned to strategic GTM plays and partner segmentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager - Content and Comms to ensure campaign creative, messaging, and activations are consistent with Deel’s partner GTM strategy.
Work with Regional Marketing and Events to integrate campaigns into field activities and partner event sponsorships.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and enablement teams to ensure partner campaigns are integrated into larger GTM initiatives and supported with relevant training and resources.
Measurement & Optimization
Define and track campaign KPIs: activation rate, partner engagement, influenced pipeline, MDF utilization, and content performance.
Build feedback loops with Partner Managers and partners to improve campaign effectiveness and iterate on playbooks.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing in SaaS, demand generation, or channel marketing.
Comfortable building and executing integrated partner campaigns globally from scratch.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships across partnerships, sales, marketing, and product teams.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Experience with EMEA & APAC regions in particular is an advantage
Proficiency in an additional language is a plus
