What You'll Be Doing:Own and administer the Adobe Marketo Engage marketing automation platform.Maintain the global marketing automation processes, lead management, scoring, segmentation, templates and nurture programs.Address system troubleshooting tickets from global business stakeholders.Participate in a Community of Practice for Marketing operations and technology used for execution, to ensure that marketing campaigns and initiatives are feeding accurate data into our lead management and reporting frameworks.Contribute to the creation of guidance and best practices documentation.Act as subject matter expert (SME) to train marketing teams on tools & processes.What You Bring:7+ years of administrator knowledge of Marketo.
