This role combines strategic thinking, campaign execution, and hands-on delivery across digital, content, and events.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver marketing campaigns aligned to esynergy’s business objectivesPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, email, social) to drive MQLsCreate, edit, and manage content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, sales collateral, web copy)Work on account-based marketing initiatives with existing clientsSupport business development through identifying opportunities, craft proposals, develop collateralCoordinate events (webinars, roundtables, industry conferences) and partnershipsDevelop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy across all campaignsRequirementsCommercially aware with a focus on impact, pipeline contribution, and ROIStrong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbalAbility to translate business goals into clear marketing plans with measurable outcomesHands-on capability across multiple channels (content, digital, social, events)Strong organisational and project management skills — comfortable handling multiple prioritiesCreative and pragmatic approach: balancing big-picture strategy with executionTeam player with collaborative mindset and a client-service orientationExperience5–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting or professional servicesProven track record of running multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable outcomesExperience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot)Background in producing content for senior business/technical audiencesExposure to event management (online and in-person) and partnership promotionPrevious involvement in supporting business development or sales enablement activityValuesHonestyCollaborationGrowthDiversity, Belonging & InclusionWe welcome all applicants from all backgrounds. esynergy are proud to hire on potential, not specific experience or qualifications so feel free to reach out if this sounds like you but less experience.BenefitsWe are proud of our inclusive benefits including unlimited holiday, wellbeing budget, LGBTQ+ inclusive parental leave to name a few.
