Purpose of the RoleThe primary focus of the role is to increase awareness of the company’s brand and products and help the commercial organization drive sustainable and profitable business growth across the United Kingdom.The role will also provide internal (corporate) communications support in the UK office. The Senior Marketing Manager will sit within the sales team in the UK but also have a functional relationship with the Marketing/Communication teams located in the United States and continental Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport market verticals and commercial teams in creating business development materials to secure leasing and financial services partnerships with manufacturers and dealers.Run marketing campaigns to attract, retain, and grow customers.Continuously monitor and measure marketing campaigns to assess performance and use feedback to enhance future efforts.Collaborate with the Global Marketing and Communication team, including social and web content staff, to plan, develop, and implement social media and digital campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness.Oversee company involvement in trade shows and industry events, including the creation and management of an annual event calendar, strategic planning, objective setting, and budget management.Assist with the creation of materials for trade shows and industry events, including signage, visual displays, collateral materials, branded merchandise, and related pre- and post-event communications across internal and external channels.Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for coordinating with external marketing, communications, and design agencies, ensuring all outsourced deliverables are completed in accordance with established timelines and budgetary guidelines.Maintain brand consistency and follow house-style guidelines in all marketing and communications.Deliver support for internal communication requirements by overseeing editorial updates, develop content for the company intranet site, and assist with corporate communication events such as periodic Town Hall meetings.Support Human Resources with employer branding to attract, hire, and retain top talent.Offer assistance to company leadership in investor and shareholder communication initiatives, including the preparation of presentations and related supporting materials as required.Responsibility for managing key systems including HubSpot and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and championing their usage across the businessResponsibility for content creation, management and reporting for LinkedInThe CandidateSuccessful completion of a degree and/or related professional certification(s) in Marketing, Communications, or related studies.Demonstrable experience in Marketing / CommunicationsStrong English language skills – both written and verbal (speaking).A high-energy, engaged self-starter who is passionate about their work.Possessing strong organizational skills and comfortable managing multiple projects.A team-player and active listener with strong interpersonal communications skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (365) applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). A plus if you have very strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.A plus if you have prior experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as WordPress, and image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or Canva.A plus if you have prior experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as HubSpot, and campaign creation and management tools, such as HubSpot Marketing package.A plus if you have prior experience in intranet management and SharePoint sites.A plus if you have experience filming videos and editing.Our ValuesAt PEAC Solutions, we work together to make a lasting impact on our customers, our partners and each other.
