OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated person to lead our marketing team and oversee the delivery of exceptional marketing, PR, and social media campaigns across our shopping centre portfolio. This senior role combines team leadership, account management, strategic oversight, and business development.The successful candidate will drive team performance, maintain high standards of output, and ensure KPIs are consistently met — while also spotting new opportunities to grow client value and enhance our services.ResponsibilitiesManage, motivate, and train the marketing team, ensuring progress and professional growth.Implement strong procedures and best practices, drawing from other industry experience.Provide guidance and second-line approval before content, campaigns, or communications are released.Build a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.Act as the key contact for assigned shopping centres, ensuring smooth delivery and strong client relationships.Help oversee the full portfolio of accounts, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, on-time, and aligned with client expectations.Consistently look for opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and bring new value to clients.Always represent and promote Shoppertainment’s services.Social Media & PR OversightOversee the social media team, ensuring channels run smoothly and KPIs are achieved.Stay ahead of trends in PR, digital, and content marketing — introducing new tools and ideas to improve performance.Ensure quality control and consistency across all public-facing communications.Business Growth & StrategyActively seek out opportunities within client accounts to grow revenue and enhance delivery.Support senior management in driving business development initiatives.Contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to strengthen our market position.Seek new business opportunities with both current and prospective clients, helping the senior team to grow the overall business.Key RequirementsProven experience in marketing, PR, or events management — ideally within retail, leisure, or shopping centre sectors.Strong team leadership skills with experience training, mentoring, and managing staff.Confident account manager, comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Solid understanding of social media strategy, content, and reporting.Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.Commercial mindset — always looking for ways to grow accounts and add value.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesRetail #J-18808-Ljbffr
