Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Senior Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Ed-Tech company. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive user acquisition across B2C and B2B segments. This role requires a strong understanding of the education technology landscape, user personas (students, parents, educators, institutions), and modern marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, content, email, and offline channels.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine messaging and positioning.
  • Plan and manage lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI) and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create high-impact blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and video content.
  • Build brand credibility through webinars, success stories, influencer partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Work with product and sales teams to understand features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Create go-to-market plans for new product launches or feature releases.
  • Track key KPIs (conversion rates, engagement, retention) and provide regular reports.
  • Use data to test hypotheses, iterate on campaigns, and inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, sales, and customer support for cohesive execution.
  • Manage marketing interns or junior associates, if applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in an Ed-Tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with user personas in K-12, higher education, test prep, or upskilling sectors is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • SEO/SEM and performance marketing expertise.
  • Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of Excel, Looker Studio, or BI tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Passion for education and technology.
